Counselling Service
"I help to transform the challenge of living with trauma and addiction into confidence, strength and peace of mind".
I offer a Counselling Service for those who face the challenge of living (and loving) with anxiety, depression, trauma or post-traumatic stress. With over 20 years in the field I offer a solid framework to process the effects of trauma, including a focus on spiritual and emotional balance, the inner child, detoxification of shameful feelings and practical help in the following areas:
An active member of the recovery scene, I share personal experience, along with the insight and healing I’ve gained from many intense trauma recovery programmes both in the UK and the USA, including the Survivors programme developed by Pia Mellody at The Meadows, AZ, (adopted by the Priory Hospital in the UK), along with further progressive trauma models provided through Onsite Workshops, TN. I also hold the NCFE CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills.
Facing trauma I have walked through the fire and come through, stronger and more compassionate, with self-respect and self-love. I help my clients to do the same.
Services & Fees
In a one-to-one counselling session the client is able to explore their own personal issues around relationships exploring the addictive and traumatic nature of destructive patterns which are holding them from fully engaging in healthy relationships.
